Privacy Policy
Billing by data usage means we need to know how much data you used — not what you used it for. This document explains exactly where that line is drawn.

Definitions
"Service" means the pay-as-you-go network connectivity service provided by AnBo, including the website and the iOS / Android / Windows / macOS clients.
"Account" means the login identity you register with your email, used to purchase and consume data allowance.
"Node" means a server access point, domestic or international, that the Service relies on; your connection is routed through a node.
"Data allowance" means the data usage you've purchased or been granted, consumable within its validity period, which resets on your purchase cycle.
What We Log
Total data usage necessary for billing: how many GB you used on a given day. This is the foundation of pay-as-you-go billing — without it, we couldn't settle charges and you couldn't verify your bill either. This breakdown is available anytime in your account dashboard.
Account information: your registered email, password hash, and purchase history. Passwords are stored as hashes — we cannot recover your original password.
Device identifiers: used to enforce the concurrent device limit (up to 5) and to let you remove devices you no longer use from your dashboard.
Login state: after you log in to the website, your browser stores a credential used to recognize your login state (see "Cookies and Local Storage" below), used solely so you don't have to log in every time.
What We Don't Log
Which websites, IPs, or domains you access — we do not keep this kind of activity log.
The content you transmit. Traffic inside the tunnel is encrypted — we neither decrypt it nor retain it.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website only uses credentials necessary to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party cookies or scripts for ad tracking or behavioral analytics, and we do not build cross-site user profiles.
These credentials are valid for the duration of your login session and expire when the session ends or you log out.
How Long We Retain Data
Billing records are retained for as long as your account exists, so bills can be verified and disputes resolved. After account deletion, necessary transaction records are retained for the legally required period; everything else is deleted.
Specific retention periods will be specified in the final version once confirmed by legal counsel.
Cross-Border Data Handling
The Service relies on nodes distributed across multiple countries and regions (see the "Global Network" page); network traffic from your connection is routed through the location of the node you connect to — this is simply how a network connectivity service works. What's routed is encrypted traffic, not readable personal data.
For personal data we do need to process, such as billing and account information, the storage and processing locations will be specified in the final version.
Third Parties
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never access or store your full card details.
Account verification emails (sign-up and login codes) are sent via a third-party email delivery service, used solely to deliver the email and for no other purpose.
This site does not use third-party ad-tracking scripts.
Minors
This Service is intended for adults with full civil capacity. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information without a guardian's consent, please contact us through customer support and we will verify and delete it.
Your Rights
You may export or delete your account data at any time. Deleting your account also deletes any unused data allowance, and this action cannot be undone.
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us through customer support.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date on the website. Significant changes will also be communicated separately via in-client notification or email.
Contact Us
Contact information will be added in the final version.
