Definitions

"We," "us," and "AnBo" refer to the operator of this Service (the operating entity's name to be determined in the final version). "You" refers to the owner of an account registered to use this Service.

"Service," "Client," "Account," "Node," and "Data allowance" carry the same meanings as defined in the Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

AnBo provides a pay-as-you-go network connectivity service. Purchasing a data plan gives you a fixed data allowance; once it's used up, your connection stops, and you may purchase again.

Data plans are usable within their validity period. After expiry, the allowance resets on your purchase cycle rather than accumulating indefinitely.

Billing

Billing follows your selected cycle, with no forced auto-renewal. We will never charge you without your having actively placed an order.

Charges are based on the actual total data transmitted through the tunnel, with a detailed breakdown available in your account dashboard. If you dispute a charge, you may file an appeal referencing that breakdown.

Account and Devices

One account allows up to 5 devices online at the same time, with all four platforms sharing the same data allowance.

Please do not share your account. Abnormal account sharing may cause unstable connections, and in serious cases we will restrict the account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Losses resulting from a compromised account are your responsibility unless caused by our fault; if you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Service to engage in any activity that violates the laws or regulations of your location or destination.

You may not use this Service to attack third-party systems, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in any conduct that affects the Service's stability or degrades other users' experience.

You may not resell or lease account access in any form, or register accounts in bulk to circumvent billing rules.

Accounts that violate this section may have their service suspended or terminated without refund; in serious cases, we will cooperate with investigations by authorized authorities.

Intellectual Property

The AnBo client software, website content, brand name, and logo are owned by us or used under lawful authorization. Except as otherwise provided by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, decompile, or redistribute the client software.

Refunds

Refund rules are to be determined and will be specified in the final version.

This section requires joint confirmation from legal counsel and our payment providers before being finalized; no specific commitments are hardcoded in this draft.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee the availability or speed of any specific route at any specific time — the quality of cross-border links is affected by multiple factors not entirely within our control.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance within the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network conditions, or third-party infrastructure failures; specific limitation-of-liability terms will be specified in the final version once confirmed by legal counsel.

Termination

You may stop using this Service and delete your account at any time. Any unused data allowance is non-refundable upon account deletion.

If you violate these Terms (particularly the "Prohibited Uses" section), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service to you.

Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date on the website. Significant changes will also be communicated separately via in-client notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The operating entity, place of registration, governing law, and dispute resolution method are all to be determined and will be specified in the final version.
